Quotations are valid for a period of 60 days from date of issue.

Clerical errors whether made verbally or in writing are subject to correction if necessary.

Terms of Payment are 25% of the total price with written confirmation of the order. The balance is payable upon completion.

Ownership of the buildings remain with us until full and final payment has been made. The customer shall grant us right of access to remove the building in the case of non-payment.

Access to the site must be clear and non restricted. Delivery will be made as near as is practically possible to the site. Should the site not allow safe vehicular access the customer is responsible for the supply of a tractor and trailer or help in the assistance of transportation to the site.

Date and time for delivery is given as accurately as possible. Should there be any delay the time of delivery will be extended accordingly.

We reserve the right to make such changes to the published specification or improve the designs of any of our products which we consider necessary without notice.

All materials used are of best quality, however, as timber is a natural product we cannot accept responsibility for timber shrinkage, cracking, warping, colour variation etc.

We, the supplier will not be responsible for any inaccuracy or specification supplied by the purchaser.

We will supply a 1 year guarantee on faulty workmanship.
